Bookings and Cancellations

• The VISA medical procedures done here, are time consuming, and may, in the case of families, involve a large part of a day’s bookings.
• All VISA bookings attract a discretionary Cancellation fee, so credit card details are required to be on file at the making of an appointment
• Cancellation fees are applied if less than 24 hours notice is given of a cancelled appointment, and appointments made, require acceptance of this condition.
